Once the material has cooled sufficiently, our in house quality control then carry out
the testing and inspection of all materials.

Test panels are also processed with the material so that physical tests such as Specular Gloss, Film Thickness, Impact, Cupping and Polymerisation Tests can be
carried out in accordance with Qualicoat and BS EN 12206-1: 2004. All test
results are recorded and remain with the test panels throughout the length of
the guarantee period.

This ensures the customer receives a product they can have total confidence in.
