Powder Coating
Process
ACP Coatings offer a extensive range of architectural polyester grade finishes in matt, satin, and full gloss. We also offer supadurable, anti graffiti and textured finishes.
All pre-treated components are jigged and prepaired ready for the powder application process. The components are sprayed electrostatically by our fully automated and manual spray guns, giving good coverage and complete wrap around finish.
Materials pass through the curing oven, temperatures controled between 180 and 200 degrees centigrade dependant upon gloss levels and permitted recommended curing times. This allows the molten coating to fuse and cure correctly.
Metal temperatures are controlled using calibrated instruments to ensure full cure.
