Pre-treatment
Process
All components must be chemically pre-treated. This is a fundemental requirement
which is strictly in accordance with the stringent guidelines laid down by our approved powder suppliers and as specified by Qualicoat and BS12206-1: 2004.
Our pre-treatment can accomodate lengths and fabrications up to 7000 x 500 x 1600mm
1) Alkaline Degreasing & Etching
2) Pre-rinse
3) Rinse
4) Chromate Conversion Coating
5) Pre-rinse
6) Final Rince ( Deionised Water )
7) Drying
